Reiki Relaxation Events TBC

In person event in your own home for groups of 2-6 you'll have up to 1.5hrs of Reiki Relaxation, including a cleansing ritual and short Meditation. A perfect addition to a friends pamper and relaxation evening in
(£20 per person plus travel)

Weight Management Group £180

NEW 6 week Weight Management Group - This group is held weekly on Zoom, and consists of relaxation followed by a Hypnotherapy session towards reaching your weight goals. You will be given techniques to take away as well as recordings to listen to at home.
