Hello, I am Louise Scott HPD, DipCAH, and I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and level 2 Usui Reiki practitioner
I fell in love with Hypnotherapy in my early 20's when my Hypnotherapist worked with me to help release years of phobias and anxieties. Then having been somewhat of a sceptic before, I was introduced to Reiki and have felt the benefits of the relaxed, sense of calm it has brought to me ever since
I decided to train for my Diploma in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Usui Reiki level 1 & 2
I am super passionate about both Hypnotherapy and Reiki having seen first hand the hugely positive impact they have brought to so many lives, including that of my own, so much so that alongside my standalone Hypnotherapy and Reiki sessions, I have created a Reiki-Hypno experience that I just love! I believe that our Mind, Body and Spirit are intrinsically connected and am fascinated by the workings of the human mind and our behaviours, in particular the subconscious mind, the language we use in our daily life and how they play a vital role in our habitual thoughts, actions and decisions that we make.
